Processing And Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and ships in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive a notification that your order has shipped accompanied by a tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

NARI CHI is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the carrier directly. However, we'll gladly assist you with any shipping issues to the best of our ability.

Refunds/Exchanges

Every piece is final sale--no returns, no swaps. Why? Because we take cleanliness and quality seriously. Each item is freshly handled, inspected, and sealed to ensure it reaches you untouched and immaculate.
